Featured Notary of the Month: Lindsey Romero
We’re excited to introduce our Featured Notary of the Month, Lindsey Romero, owner of Lindesys Mobile Notary Services, serving Chowchilla and Madera County.
Lindsey joined CCNN because she wanted to learn and grow with my fellow notary friends.
She currently offers General Notary Work, Loan Signings, Estate Planning Signings, Jail Signings, Apostille Work, Field Inspections, and Trust Delivery Agent Services.
When asked what advice she’d give new notaries, Lindsey shared:
“Deep breath, plan, market, smile and repeat.”
Outside of his notary business, Lindsey is a proud mom of two crazy boys. She loves animals, chickens, gardening, and cheering for her kids on the soccer field. Both of her boys are goalies and take after her from playing several years in competitive soccer.

Juan Jose Serrano Jr
Featured Notary of the Month- Sept 2025: Juan Jose Serrano Jr.
We’re excited to introduce our Featured Notary of the Month, Juan Jose Serrano Jr., owner of Black Rose Mobile Notary, serving Fresno County.
Juan joined CCNN after being referred by a fellow member and says that being part of this network has been an important step in his notary journey.
He currently offers General Notary Work, Loan Signings, and Estate Planning Signings.
When asked what advice he’d give new notaries, Juan shared:
“Do it. Even if you aren’t ready. Just do it.”
Outside of his notary business, Juan is a talented woodworker, plays bass guitar, and serves as a pastor.
We’re honored to have Juan as part of our community and can’t wait to see where his notary journey takes him next!
